Delivery & Returns
Free standard delivery on all orders over £50. You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched. Delivery normally takes between two and three working days and is Monday to Saturday*** (excluding Public Holidays). All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service and require a signature by a recipient at the specified deilvery address.
Next day delivery* is available on specific items for orders placed before 3pm**.
* Next day delivery is not available during sale periods. Next day delivery is not available for Saturday. Next day deliveries placed on Friday will be delivered next working day (normally Monday, or Tuesday when Monday is a public holiday).
** Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
To return an item, complete the enclosed returns form and attach the enclosed return address label to the original packaging (if available). If your return form is not available then email us for an electronic copy. You are responsible for postage and packaging return costs and obtaining proof of postage.
All items will be inspected on return and must be new and unused condition. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure that they are packaged properly so that they are not damaged during transit. We recommend that you return items using Royal Mail and request a free Certificate/Proof of Postage.
Your return will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. Your refund can take up to an additional 1 to 2 working days and is dependent on your payment provider. The overall expected time for an exhange can take up to 4 days from receipt of item.
Item replacements or exchanges are not available. If you require a different item then you must create a new order.
Order Cancellation. Items that are not of "satisfactory quality", "as described", and "fit for purpose" can be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged due to improper care. Your right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
Deliveries outside the UK
We can only deliver orders to addresses within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland [inc. islands] N. Ireland and Isle of Man). Any orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded within normal business hours.
